If I filed my 2006 tax return on turbotax.com in April and have heard nothing since then-what do I do?

Question:

Answers:
There were some issues with returns filed using Turbo Tax right around April 15th, Some returns were not transmitted to the IRS, call 1-800-829-1040 or 1-800-829-0922 Mon-Fri from 7am to 10pm and speak with a representative who can confirm whether they received your return, You may have to try to resubmit the return electronically or possibly mail it in with copies of your w2 information.
If you had to pay with your tax return, then the IRS likely WON'T contact you unless they find something wrong with the return (or unless they don't receive your payment). If you are expecting a refund, you can check the status at the link below.

If you would prefer to speak with someone to get your return status, you can call the IRS at 1-800-829-1040 (have a copy of your return handy; they will ask you some questions to verify your identity).
