Question:
Just wondering if it is standard protocol to lock your resume' to prevent changes. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
Answers:
I don't, and I've never had a problem. If I was applying for a promotion and my boss was upset because of it, I may consider doing that, but for my every day applying, no I don't. I would think that some HR managers would find that annoying, and not bother to look at the resume.
well who has acess to the computer, at work maybe, at home then, do you have little kids that could change it accidently
at the end of the day whatever you do it dosent matter password it if you want but reamber you wont be able to access it if you forget the password
